Scrum Courses

  • Agile Team-Start - 3 days with your teams to learn and apply the basics to your real work. Teams walk out with draft vision, roadmap and backlog as well as a real understanding of ceremonies, roles and why they’re moving to Agile.
  • Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master -2 days for current and aspiring Scrum Masters to immerse themselves in the role, identify their learning journeys and techniques to enable a high performing Scrum team. Attendees can get certified as CSM (via Scrum Alliance) or PSM (via Scrum.org).
  • Team Tech Practices - 2 days allowing teams hands-on practice with Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavioral Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and aspects of DevOps. Teams leave with a plan to tackle their technical debt!
  • Advanced ScrumMaster - 2 days for ScrumMasters to master topics such as facilitation, data-driven improvements, coaching techniques, Crucial Conversations and many others.
  • Advanced Product Owner - 2 days for Product Owners to delve into Design Thinking, stakeholder management, prioritization techniques, story mapping/splitting and much more.

SAFe Certified Courses

  • Leading SAFe - 2 days. For leaders of a Lean-Agile change initiative to develop a Lean-Agile Mindset and apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) to support Agile Teams, programs, and Program Portfolio Management. Coordinate and lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.
  • SAFe for Teams - 2 days. For Lean-Agile team members to gain experience as an Agile Team member in a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART). Break down features, write user stories, improve team and train processes, and plan and execute Iterations.
  • SAFe ScrumMaster - 2 days. For Scrum Masters learning about their role in a SAFe enterprise context. Learn to facilitate Team and Program Level events for successful program execution, explore Scrum in the context of the entire enterprise, and become a servant leader and coach. SAFe Scrum Masters help Agile Teams to deliver the maximum business value that is achievable through SAFe.
  • SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster - 2 days. For SAFe® Scrum Masters or equivalent responsible for program execution. Learn scalable engineering, DevOps practices, and facilitate cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement in an enterprise environment. SAFe® Advanced Scrum Masters develop a systems view of the Scrum Master role in an enterprise with a focus on integrated practices for facilitating teams in larger Agile programs.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager - 2 days. For Product Management Office (PMO) professionals to apply Lean-Agile values and principles and economic prioritization, and develop skills writing epics, Capabilities, Features, and user stories within the context of SAFe. SAFe PO/PMs enable product development flow, drive program execution, and operate in the enterprise to drive the continuous delivery of value.

Other Workshops

  • SAFe Portfolio Workshop - 2 days with leadership and team representatives to apply SAFe Portfolio concepts to your organizations real initiatives. We build your Portfolio Kanban and identify the team and cadence with which it will meet, how and to what level refinement will happen and a continuous improvement mechanism to take forward.
  • Team Communications Workshop - 1 day with 1-3 teams and their stakeholders to review their behavior styles, how people are best communicated with and where teams run into mis-communication. This workshop is based on the DISC assessment for each individual and is highly interactive to help people understand their own style as well as the style of others and plan takeaways.
  • Kanban for Teams - 2 days for teams to learn and apply Kanban, value stream mapping, flow concepts, WIP limits, classes of service and other lean techniques. This course naturally applies to teams in service/support functions in and out of traditional IT delivery.
  • Servant Leadership in Action - 2 days for new and existing servant leaders to practice and absorb ways to communicate and build buy-in for change management, impediment backlogs, operational leadership teams, decentralizing decisions, powerful questions, lean startup, motivational concepts and much more.
  • Agile Testing - 2 days for teams to revisit their testing strategy, learn Behavioral Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD) and automation methods that will greatly improve their cycle time and quality.
