Work can be joyful.
Too much time in life is spent at work to not enjoy our time there. We believe we can be productive and work hard while being light-hearted and maybe - just maybe - a little goofy.

We believe that favoring long-term economic choices over short-term economic choices will work out better in the end for our clients and for us.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
The days we don’t work are the days that re-charge us for the days we do work. We seek balance between work and play. We seek balance between financial gain and life contentment.
Level up.
We are the product we sell. We continually invest in ourselves. 3% of our top-level revenues will be re-invested in our own personal development. 2 days every month will be dedicated to leveling up.
Our success should benefit more than just us.
5% of our profits are donated to nonprofits. We believe that people should make their own way in the world. But that’s really hard to do when you don’t know where your next meal is coming from or where you’re going to sleep tonight.
