TRAINING: We offer Agile team training, advanced ScrumMaster and Product Owner training as well as SAFe, Kanban and technical workshops.
COACHING: Our goal is to get you self-sufficient as soon as possible. We specialize in spot coaching for teams, leaders and entire organizations. Bring us in to get you started and then we’ll check back occasionally to help keep you on the right track.

We work with organizations to identify and resolve barriers to delivering valuable software to their customers. We help organizations to:

We do this through customized training and coaching with teams, their business partners and the leaders of the organization.
